By having a Facebook profile for your company you are connected to a potential market that is bigger than U.S.A.
It´s hard to ignore that kind of opportunity. From there it´s what you make of it.
You can inform customers so they can make a choice if your services or products are something for them.
They can choose when they want the information, and if you are where they are, they can also choose where.

But the best thing, really, is the participation. Where they can choose how, when, and if they want to interact with you.

Why should´nt it be fun and games to get to know a brand. If you really want, need or wish for something it´s nice to be able to look at your next deal.
The other way around it also makes marketing more fun . Playing with new characters and values to implement in a new competition or game to win samples can be very effective.

Following the statistic can give a really nice feedback on how your idea is working.

As services gets more simple to use and webservices gets smarter the own platform is taking a step back. Play with the thought to only let your company exist in Social Media one year before launch. Once your site      comes up you will hardly need it. Perhaps you got your whole list on facebook or on an e-mail-service and customer service on twitter.

Investigating the market in relation to Social Media becomes more important. People are moving around and you want to be at the place of customer choice and speak to them to get an even better idea of how they like your company.

Search for the expertise within your business area and connect them, make activitys with them to get an even further knowledge of tools you can use.
My advise to you is to never to something in social media without having a clear goal on what effect you want to achieve.
It just takes too much time to act without a plan.

Don´t be afraid to contact a Social Media Expert, buy him/her lunch and discuss your business and possible ways to market your products.

If you´re still unsure, i suggest you start. Just take a look at it with open eyes. Because when you do start i can guarantee that you will wish that you had done it sooner.
It´s a long process before you get to where you want to be.

Found a blogpost about Digital Planning on iain tait’s blog that amused me.
So I´ll share it with you.

“I wanted to give a perspective on the big question ‘What is a digital planner?’. I know I don’t have the answer. I don’t think anyone does right now. The only thing I know for certain is that there’s a lot of uncertainty around what a digital planner is. I’ve seen lots of CVs and met lots of people. All of them nice people, some of them great planners, some of them not. All of them very very different.” /Iain

I was thinking about crossing the line from PC to MacBook Pro today, and wondered if it could run multiple monitors.

After going thu lots of posts on the subject it became clear to me that this was a real issue for MB users.

I´ll post a link below to the only solution i could find that seemed to be working as should.

Just so i won´t forget it.  This solution offers 4 Monitors At Once!

Here´s the link: http://daggle.com/macbook-pro-multimonitor-4-monitors-at-once-1577

Had my first iPhone Blackout today.

Looked at the battery that had 22% left, wondering if i should charge it or keep using it.

Then poff it goes Black! Nothing working at all. Not responting to either charging or pressing single buttons.

Really started to think that it was broken. Lots of thoughts running thru my mind about how to fix it.

Tried pressing power and home buttons at the same time for quite a while and got very releaved when the apple logo appeared on the screen.

That was a scary one. Puhh…
